HUM meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month 7.30-9.30pm at the Rose and Thistle, Station Road, Haddenham, Bucks HP17 8AJ to play popular songs from the last 100 years on the ukulele. The songs in the repertoire can be downloaded from the songs section of this site or are available at the session.
The musicians vary from improvers to experienced ukulele players and the tunes vary in level of difficulty. Improvers can just join in the chords they know and leave the rest to the more experienced uke players. The emphasis is on fun and enjoying yourself!

We are sometimes asked, "What is a Muso?" 'Muso' is a British/Australian diminutive or slang version of 'musician' dating from the 1960s. Today a 'Muso' tends to refer to someone who is obsessed with playing music and is used widely in Australia.
The performing wing of the Haddenham Ukulele Musos is 'Ukolade' and details can be found at https://sites.google.com/site/ukolade/home
