Cockermouth Ukuleles - Cockermouth, Cumbria

Cockermouth Ukulele Band, for short, is a group of ukulele players based in Cockermouth, Cumbria. The group is essentially informal, with no constitution, terms of reference, governing committee, membership fees, rules or anything else that might get in the way of the fun.

The Cockermouth Ukulele Band are a group of friends who enjoy meeting up, singing and playing together. The Cockermouth Ukulele Band perform for a variety of audiences and events within the local community and have regularly performed at Cockermouth Live, agricultural shows and local festivals. Over the years fund-raising performances have helped, among others, Hospice at Home, North Air Ambulance, Mountain Rescue Teams, the National Trust, North Lakes FoodBank, flood recovery and those suffering from the effects of the war in Ukraine.
